Libre Base to Access 2003 DB Connection?

better or worse I've accidentally created a DB I rely on

way to connect to the DB with Libre Base; any attempts

I worked with Access 2003 and "upgraded" to Access 2007 and
that was a bit of a pain as many macros/forms had to be
reprogrammed!

Meanwhile, I too would like to have the .accdb and its many
existing forms be useable from Libre Base or similar on a *nix
system instead of MSOffice/Windows.

Any progress so far with your dilema?
